What Fanfare Sites is

Fanfare Sites is a free website builder for musicians. We use AI to help you create, customize, and publish a professional website. The service is provided by Fanfare Sites ("we," "us," "our").

It's free

Fanfare Sites is free to use. There are no hidden fees, no premium tiers, and no credit card required. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, but your existing free access will not be taken away.

Your content

You own everything you upload and create on Fanfare Sites — your text, photos, recordings, and other materials. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your content only to provide the service (building and hosting your website).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Fanfare Sites to publish content that is:

• Illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Hateful, harassing, or threatening toward any person or group
• Sexually explicit or exploitative
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonating someone else
• Infringing on another person's intellectual property
• Malware, phishing, or other harmful technical content

We reserve the right to remove any site or content that violates these guidelines, and to suspend or delete accounts responsible for repeated or serious violations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate removal is necessary.

Your data and deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard settings. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, website, uploaded files, and personal information from our systems. Some anonymized, aggregated usage data (such as total site counts) may be retained.

The service

Fanfare Sites is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service running and your sites online, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.

AI-generated content

Parts of your website design are generated by AI. While we work to produce high-quality results, AI output may occasionally be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing your published site and ensuring its content is accurate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of Fanfare Sites after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
